FAQ
Whois vs RDAP — what is the difference?
RDAP is the standardized successor to Whois and returns structured, official data. This tool uses RDAP.
Is any data stored?
Results are only shown in your browser and are not stored on our servers (for server-based checks, the target hostname or URL is sent to our server to perform the measurement).
Some domains show nothing.
Unregistered domains, and some TLDs (including certain country-code domains) without RDAP support, cannot be displayed.
