If we could not provide the service for reasons on our side, or we charged you by mistake (e.g. double billing), we refund that month to the original payment method. Orders cancelled before approval or payment are free.

返品・キャンセルサービスの性質上、提供開始後の返品はできません。解約は管理画面の「お支払い管理」からいつでも行え、支払済みの月の末日（次回更新日の前日）までご利用いただけます。月の途中で解約・プラン変更された場合も、日割りでの返金は行いません。ただし、当社の事情によりサービスを提供できなかった場合や、二重請求等の誤った請求があった場合は、該当する月の料金を元の支払方法で返金します。承認・決済前のお申込みは無料で取り消せます。
