Acceptable Use Policy

Responsible Use

Moklav Japan services must be used lawfully and responsibly. Customers must not use cloud, VPS, server, database, storage, hosting, or managed infrastructure services in a way that harms users, networks, systems, or third parties.

Prohibited Activities

• Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, abusive email, or open mail relay operation.
• Malware, ransomware, botnets, command-and-control systems, phishing, or social engineering.
• Illegal content, fraudulent activity, identity theft, financial fraud, or money laundering.
• Copyright infringement, intellectual property violations, or unauthorized protected content distribution.
• DDoS attacks, network attacks, traffic manipulation, unauthorized scanning, or unauthorized penetration testing.
• Resource abuse, cryptocurrency abuse, public proxy abuse, or activity that degrades service stability.

Customer Security Duties

Customers must secure servers, patch software, protect credentials, remove vulnerable scripts, prevent compromised accounts, and respond promptly to abuse or security notifications.

Enforcement

Moklav Japan may block traffic, restrict ports, suspend services, request remediation, or terminate services where required to protect infrastructure, customers, or third parties.
