Maintenance Policy
Purpose of Maintenance
Maintenance is performed to improve reliability, security, performance, capacity, compliance, and operational stability of Moklav Japan infrastructure and services.
Planned Maintenance
Planned maintenance may include hardware work, software updates, network changes, platform upgrades, security updates, monitoring improvements, or data center operations. Notice may be provided where practical when customer impact is expected.
Emergency Maintenance
Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice to address urgent security risks, hardware failures, network instability, upstream provider incidents, or conditions that may affect customers or third parties.
Customer Preparation
- Maintain current backups and recovery plans.
- Design applications for restart, failover, and temporary interruption where possible.
- Monitor customer-side applications and respond to any requested maintenance coordination.
Maintenance Exclusions
Maintenance-related impact does not include customer application failures, unsupported software, customer-side configuration issues, or third-party services outside Moklav Japan's reasonable control.
