Acceptance of Terms

By using Moklav Japan services, customers agree to follow these terms, all published policies, and applicable laws. These terms apply to VPS, bare metal, cloud storage, managed databases, CMS hosting, one-click apps, managed infrastructure, and related support services.

Service Use

Services must be used for lawful hosting, development, infrastructure, business, and operational purposes. Customers must not use services in a way that harms other users, third parties, or platform stability.

Account and Server Responsibility

  • Customers must protect account credentials, server passwords, SSH keys, API tokens, and panel access.
  • Customers are responsible for applications, scripts, websites, databases, files, and user activity under their account.
  • Customers should maintain independent backups unless a managed backup service is separately included.
  • Customers must keep software updated and respond to abuse, security, or support requests promptly.

Billing and Provisioning

Services may be provisioned after payment, verification, resource availability, and operational checks. Non-payment, charge disputes, unpaid dues, or policy violations may result in suspension or termination.

Maintenance and Service Changes

Moklav Japan may update infrastructure, network routes, hardware, software, and service platforms for security, stability, compliance, or performance. Planned maintenance may be announced where practical.

Limitation of Responsibility

Services are provided on a commercially reasonable and best-effort basis. Moklav Japan is not responsible for customer-side configuration, unsupported software, third-party platforms, indirect losses, or issues outside its reasonable control.
